Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Your order will usually ship within 4-6 business days after you receive an email Order Confirmation.  This does not include the selected time for package transit. Rushmore Stae charges sales tax for orders shipped to Arizona only. Please note, we are not liable for incorrect shipping address provided with orders. 
 

Shipping Rates are calculated per weight by shipping method.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order's delivery date. We accept 3 reasons for returns:

 

1. Wrong Size.
2. Wrong Item Shipped.
3. Defective Item.

 

Refunds are processed upon receipt & inspection of the return. A refund for shipping costs may not be granted. Please note, returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once the merchandise has been received.

 

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Please include packing slip. Returns can not be processed without this information.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
